Wait a few more weeks. I cut mine back just above the ground at the end of January and I thought I'd killed it. There was no sign of life for almost 3 months. It only started showing leaf buds in the last week and it's grown quickly since. Just keeps your passionflower well watered so it doesn't dry out and give a feed if you haven't done so yet this year.
Hi Sarah, welcome to GTags. Just a little hint, when you reply to someone you need to put @ in front of their user name and they will see your reply in their feed eg @flof1952 @jendren 🙋♀️😍
Welcome to the community 🤗 if you log this photo again but hit the plants button on the photo instead of garden it will offer you the chance to put task reminders on and then they send you reminder when to prune when to feed etc..

Some of the varieties of PASSION FLOWER are not hardy Sarah. It may well have gone to plant heaven but leave it a few more weeks just in case 👍😊
Thank you flof1952

Try giving it a feed of tomatorite and it might help to spur the plant on. You can do this regular but don't feed when flowering
