#advice anyone know what's happening to this jade plant? It's been a bit neglected, just left to do its own thing in my spare room. But I noticed today all these silvery-brown leaves. Really close up, it looks like I've put glitter all over them! Is it being attacked by something? How can I help it?

high salt concentration. leach with clear water & allow top inch to dry before watering again. prefer to use rain water.

To me that’s normal,the leaves go like that when they die off? Mine have always been like that,as long as the green leaves are healthy should be ok. 🤔
