Think it depends where you are in the country, down south its OK to leave out
@carolgs I’m in Gloucestershire, on a hill!!! Might put this one in greenhouse and others that are in troughs can take a chance!
I also brought these inside last year and they were fine, I did put a couple out too early and the frost got them, again would like to know what others do.

If you have favourites then I'd bring them in, I still think I'm going to dig mine up that I planted out as I'd be gutted if they didn't cone back year.

Only the afternoon. I might have to shuffle the pots around. Mind you, I have a couple that get more sun and they haven’t even got any buds on!! @sieveheadsarah
I love them but they don't ever seem to have many flowers on them, it's a good job that when they do flower they're pretty impressive. Yep, move it into a sunnier place Alison and see what happens, I do remember that the first year I grew them from seed they were very slow/late to flower, this year they were much earlier.
I've moved the trough this one is in now, so I'll see what happens! Hopefully they'll be a bit quicker next year! @sieveheadsarah
Fingers crossed Alison 👍🏼 I've just been out and dug up my 6 small ones and put them in a pot together, so they can now be in full sun, the things we do for plants!! 😂😂😂 I'll post a pic.

I managed to overwinter some of mine 😀 but I've bought more seeds as I loved them so much! 👍🏼👍🏼

I’m so pleased these #gazania #grownfromseed last year overwintered well. Beautiful big blooms. I’m having rubbish look growing anything from seed this year. #sunshinemixed
They’re looking great and you’ve had the same ones make it through winter that I did 😁 funny you should say about seeds, I’m struggling too! The early ones I sowed did ok but ones from late April have barely germinated - 30+ varieties and so far only 1 single sunflower has germinated 😐
I'm having a bad year when it comes to seeds. A couple of things have done really well but most 😕
