Looks like Oncidopsis Nelly Isles. She can be very temperamental. Its a type of oncidium hybrid. Intermediate growing orchid winter night time temp low of 12c and summer max of about 20c. Feed high nitrogen feed every 2-3 waterings in growth switch to high potash once growth has matured to encourage flowering. Grow in a medium bark in indirect sun. Allow to dry out between watering and mist daily. Hope this helps.
