@KelsiBriana if in & close to soil give cactus a warm shower after shaking as much soil as possible off. dry gently with paper towels & replant. rarly bothered by insects maybe soil insect. tiny like pepperflake or larger like pencil dot? no such thing as spider aphids @bluridgemtns
