Nephrolepis cordifolia

I was pulling out this root and was surprised when the root was apparently endless. I soon ended up with 3 or so metres of tough, brown, furry, unbreakable, root.

This will need more cleaning up, the only problem is that this area is gut-loaded with Red Backs and other spiders.😖

This Fishbone Fern is taking over the garden! Any ideas (apart from ripping it up) do you have to get rid of it?

Sadly, no. I had same problem. Ripped it out by hand. Looks like a big job there...
