I inherited my green thumb from my grandma and have always had a love for plants. Since the soil here isn’t conducive, I’m growing my jungle indoors.

Hi! Thanks for following me! Your pearls near the mouth of the pot seems to be severely dehydrated. They need water; try misting their roots and I do hope you’ve got them roots planted in succulent mix? They’re winter growers so you’ll see much more action (growth) then than now.

@veepaisal Thank you so much! I made the mistake of listening to a neighbor that said to set them in direct sun (big mistake) which made that area wither. Since then, I’ve kept them inside with bright indirect light and they seem to be doing okay. Yes, they are rooted in a succulent mix with the gravel on top to hold them in place until they’re more deeply rooted and won’t fall out of the container. I did not know they were winter growers though, that is incredibly helpful to know!

@Branden yep Senecios are winter growers but if you’re keeping them indoors like I do, they grow all the time lol I have mine growing new baby pearls right now to replace the ones that dried up from thirst.
