HELP PLEASE ): So... I can't look after stapelias even if my life depended on it. The last two died because the pot wasn't draining AT ALL and their roots got eaten by those gnat things. These ones I have repotted into these terracotta pots maybe 3 days a go now. They were all squishy and drooping so I gave them some water and they only plumped up a bit but still look like this... Is this normal? Or am I killing them again!?!? Any advice at all about them. Thank you in advance ❤❤❤❤#advice #help

I have a couple of these but am a novice with them too. Yours look ok to me but if something ate the roots that might be the problem.I guess you need to make sure they are gone 😑

I have yet to acquire this species so I can't give any advice based on my own experience. Since this plant can be tricky to care for depending which species you have. This website has a lot of good info : www.plantzafrica.com/plantqrs/stapelia.htm

@Breeana_Shenae thru my experience I find Stapelias do much better in hanging basket or hanging pots. They don't need much care. I will upload picture to show you.

I think it might be an Orbea not stapelia. They are sorta the same thing anyways. Most people just call them stapelias though...
