Hi & thanks for following me! I beg to differ with @KelsiBriana the leaves do not look like a Kalanchoe Houghtonii MOT cos I have one. Their leaves look serrated esp for MOT. And these look flushed and succulent. Perhaps @Yollymac could shed some light if this is a Kalanchoe Houghtonii. Or @the_watering_can can help advise since she’s got tons of kalanchoes
@veepaisal it reminds me more of a string of bananas. Could possibly be underhydrated too. Got a piece of it to take home and grow. Maybe it'll be easier to identify as it grows.
@CandiLee It reminds you of that cos it’s severely etiolated as what Kelsi said, only time will tell what it is. Personally I think could be some kind of sedum...
@KelsiBriana I think it could be some type of sedum... I could be very wrong and you might be right lmao who knows! @CandiLee the roots are called aerial roots, most succulents will produce such roots if they are in search for more water - this could stem from several reasons.
Hi @CandiLee I have just read through the thread, thanks for the tag @veepaisal 💚. If we look up the plants in the ICN: http://www.crassulaceae.ch/de/artikel?akID=68&aaID=3&aiID=X&aID=2044 it really doesn’t resemble K. Houghtonii. I agree with Vanessa that this plant looks like a sedum of sorts, or even lenophyllum. I have no experience with this plant so I am going to avoid any haphazard guesses and refer it to our team of experts do to some investigation for you. Note though, tbc.
Help me identify this plant. Better photo of plant leaves.
@KelsiBriana this is a better pic of the leaves. I'm thinking it's the banana succulent but not sure.
Thank you so much @KelsiBriana it is a very old plant. I got me a piece of it maybe I can get it to bunch up.

It also seems to have roots growing under most of the leaves like a trailing plant. @veepaisal @KelsiBriana

@KelsiBriana it looks like new growth to me but it looks like it grows an inch at a time, if that makes any sense.
@KelsiBriana @veepaisal I really appreciate you both!!
