My lovely Dahlia Mystic Enchantment. Sometimes the buds don't open and die off. Anybody know why?
Is it in a pot or border, it could be that it's not watered enough, even when it rains the foliage stops the rain getting through to soil ? @carlos27
It's in a pot. Yeah maybe that's it as it is a quite bushy foliage plant. I'll up the watering for it, although I don't think it would flower again this year... It may do, who knows! :) @lovemygarden65
Try trimming it back to the nearest leaf joint give it some feed and if the weather stays good you may get more flowers. Weather getting a lot cooler here in Edinburgh so maybe get another couple of weeks from mine 👍@carlos27
