Glad I managed to support these #daisies this year - helping to keep them straight and better for cutting! #cutflowers #wedding

I’ve eventually learnt to support them early so I can get straight stems and it leaves room for more plants 😊😊 @angiecrazycatlady

@scaryskates are these the same as yours that we could remember the name?! Which is a bit embarrassing as they are everywhere!!

Are they too invasive @katgreen or just dying back?

7w

katgreen

@carolecuttingitfine no they have slowly spread over a couple of years and just need splitting up now when I cut them back for winter as the are taking up a bit too much room in the cut flower bed but I wouldn't be without them as they give a lovely cottage garden feel that I love plus I bought the seeds on a trip to Monet garden so they are a bit sentimental 😊

Ah that's lovely- I buy plants as souvenirs too! I didn't think they would be dying back they are triffid like.. and they flower at a good time too just as foxgloves alliums and lupins are fading don't they 😊

@carolecuttingitfine I totally agree, especially on these dull grey days the light bounces of the white and makes the garden glow 😆
