Help me identify this plant please.. It is an amazing ground cover trailing plant. (The leaves to right belong to a lavender so don't be confused!?)

I have some but it doesn't flower as much as yours is. Lots of green growth every year on mine. Would be fonder of it if it did more flowers lol.
I've got it in quite a damp border and shaded by lots of other plants @trina if that helps..
