@cyndi that’s the joy of colloquial language isn’t it.. things evolve and change from their dictionary definition...
@cyndi when I call a flower "blowsy" I mean overblown, raucous and attention-seeking in an untidy fashion, like Isadora Duncan in her decline or most of the cabbage roses posted by @islima ...fabulous but in a messy-bun, petals-everywhere way.
