Actually, I've grown Queen of the Night this year and have been a little disappointed with it! The colour is fine, I just find the flowers a bit small! 😀

@bigemrg it was the colour that I really liked so I don't mind if they are a bit smaller.. but thanks for the warning- I'll be careful where I plant them 😊

#tulips everywhere it seems to have been such a good year for them if all your lovely post are anything to go by! 🌷🌷🌷🌷

With so many beautiful tulips on here I'm going to be planting them in my borders. When is the time to plant tulip bulbs Carole? 🌷🌷🌷

They recommend November, which is quite late for bulbs but it seems to work! I quite like grouping them in pots too @jacq1075 so you can drop a pot in to any gaps in the border and I find a better success rate in pots but that might just be my soil..

Thank you Carole I need to start a gardening diary to make these notes in....tips, advice and when to do things!! 😊

I've done one but forget to look @jacq1075 so I rely on what people are up to on here to prompt me or Gardens world mag has a brill section "what to do this month" which is so useful!

Thank you @paulcov and yes @juliesgarden I have a little nursery by the shed that as soon as they stop flowering they go there in plastic pots and reuse the nicer pots for summer colour! It's a constant juggling 🤹‍♂️ act!
