I made a GREAT pumpkin pasta sauce with one of these the othere day... cut the top so it'll stand upside down, flip it, cut the new top off, scoop out all the seeds etc. Fill with cream, sage, garlic and bit of Vegeta. Put the lid back on and roast til soft. Scrape it off the skin, smoosh and serve! Delish! ☺
