It was. It is in a pot on the patio and I trained it over the oil tank - the heat from the black surface brought it on really well. I sowed it in the greenhouse in April and put it outside end May. There is growbag soil in the pot. I have another one I put in the soil which is slightly bigger

I might try it next year. Does it need a big pot ?

It's in a 30cm pot , takes about 75% of a growbag to fill it. I feed it with tomato feed once a week and give the leaves a seaweed spray once a fortnight

#charlotte it wouldn't be so bad but it was an orphan plant I just bunged in the flower border and forgot about.
