My Kilimanjaro plant is looking a bit sorry for itself ! Any tips on what can I do to make it more healthy?

Do you have holes in the bottom of container? I've lost a few plants not doing this, well drained soil Maybe needs a different position, partial shade. Birds love the berries but don't eat them.
We found out that this plant was just a Kilimanjaro- Not a Kilimanjaro sunrise as we first thought
My plant grew loads is the summer, just wondering if anyone has any tips in keeping the soil dry during the rainy season- the pots got drainage but I'm still concerned
