Red peppers ripening 😋 and lots of red chillis what should I do with them too many to use all at once. Only grew them to see if I could in my West facing conservator/greenhouse.

Red chilli jelly tastes great! Or a chilli chutney 😍😍😍 You can also make pickled peppers. Yum!

On one of the cookery programmes they said you can freeze chillis and just grate them into your recipe straight from the freezer. I tried it last year and it worked a treat 👍🏻

Someone on here did a batch of chilli sauce. Totally forgot as we use scotch bonnet sauce instead.

#gyo does anybody know how long it takes for a chilli to change colour when ripe to red. Counted at least 44 had some for over month. Had to check packet that they are deep purple changing to red thought I was going mad.
