Maybe an Opuntia of some kind ? @cactiluke any ideas ?

Soph1e
Definitely an opuntia, maybe opuntia microdasys. If it is a microdasys be careful of the spines, they look soft and harmless but they get everywhere and are pain to get out of your skin.
