Any flowers yet?

Noticed my Peony like this today does it need a wee bit more soil over these nodes or is this normal growth? My mother in-law told me not to plant it too deep, but now I'm thinking I didn't go down enough when I planted it 🤔🌱 #peony #advice #nodes #newgrowth #notsurewhattodo #stephs-plant-patch

If you get frost I’d cover with some leaf mulch to give the new growth some protection.

They are under cover, but I may just add some mulch just to be safe. Thanks @ausgardentags 🙂
