Is this the natural shape of the leaf or is it being nibbled by something? #advice

This looks like broad bean weevil damage. Luckily it doesn't usually affect the crop. I've grown them in mesh cloches before to keep them weevil free.

Only pesticides I think 😔 I only garden organically when it comes to veg. I wouldn't worry too much about it! Don't save seed from these though as they live in the seeds according to RHS. You'll have to watch out for little grubs in the pods when you harvest them
