I'm pretty sure they were giant. But they have multiplied. Any tips when to divide would be very much appreciated.

They look great, probably best time to divide is after the flowers and leaves have started to fade whilst you can still see them above the soil. Dig carefully though to ensure you don't damage any bulbs, as they can be prone to rot if they get damaged with a fork or spade 👍🏼
