Lilium 'Purple Prince'

Year 2 - lighter coloured than last year.

@gjones It’s only the second year that I’ve had them so I’m hoping they get taller, because the flowers point downwards a bit! Right now they’re about 1.2m perhaps?

I thought my purple prince would be a little more purple! But I guess this will do! 🙃

@gjones Mine are the same, Katy— they definitely don’t open upwards as nicely as my other lilies; they sag a bit. I just bought them this year so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The only reason this one is angled upwards is because the stalk keeled over quite a bit. 😂 On the upside, the dark foliage is quite nice.
