No, I might try it this year. They have so much natural pectin. Last year I made red currant wine. (Just two bottles.) 🍷It worked out pretty well, although maybe a bit too sweet. I was also thinking that red currants would be very pretty frozen in ice cubes for lemonade or another summery drink. @gjones

@gjones This is my first full summer in this house, but I am going to try some jellies. The plant was brought from Sudbury by the previous owners and it was still very small up to this spring. Now it's a giant... so watch out! :) I might try staking it next year.
