Hi @chrisred57 @justin , just wondering - the flowers definitely look like those of a hebe, but all the leaves come straight out of the soil rather than from stems, where hebes have lots of branches and stems. I was wondering if this was perhaps instead Knotweed (Persicaria affinis 'suberba') - dont let the name fool you in thinking its a weed. It was actually awarded an AGM (award of garden merit) by the RHS. 😀
Oh well spotted @richard.spicer.7906 👏👏👏 Oops i made a mistake! This is easily corrected Christine so don't worry. You just need to go to your profile page and swip left on the Hebe entry and you will see an edit button which you can tap on. Apologies for my mistake and if you have any problems, please @name us so we receive a notification of the probelm i.e. @justin or @richard.spicer.7906
Help me identify this plant please
Good morning Christine ☀️👋 that is a Hebe and I'll attach the encyclopedia record now. Hope this helps 😃
