I have had this plant for about a year and the flower that is growing out has been growing for about 5 months but has not really bloomed?

@Christina63 . I'm sorry I can't answer this but it is a very interesting plant.

It will. 😉 Although that kinda looks like a bloom at the end. And mine die after blooming. Hopefully it sent out babies first.

In the future, when add a new plant unidentified make a new section for just that plant. Eg unidentified plant 1, unidentified plant 2, etc. That way when someone identifies one it won't change other groups. Eg lambs ear, unidentified plant 2, etc.

I'm pretty sure they are called "striped roses". But it would be hard to determine it's exact variety 🤔 So beautiful!!
