xGraptoveria Fred Ives

Help me identify this plant please. Have gotten several answers in other groups. Some say ghost plant & others say fred Ives. Very prolific! Propagates easily from leaves or cuttings. TIA

I believe that this is echeveria too. Also, you can list your plant as #echeveria (unknown variety) in our ever growing encyclopedia! That way, it's easier to update & find in your plant feed. You can always change the identification link if you find out otherwise!

And actually, Fred Ives is a Graptoveria not and echeveria! Very similar, but minute differences!
