I’ve tried growing from seeds and nursery plants. This is the BEST way to grow any kind of green onions. 1) go grocery shopping and buy a bundle of green onions with roots. 2) use them for your cooking as usual, leaving 10cm of lower part with roots on. 3) plant them and water them well. 4) within 1-2 weeks, you have whole new green onion to cook! #greenonions #scallions #springonion #regrow
They even grow like this leaving 2 cm or less, as long as the basal plate is there, where the roots grow from 👍
