I planted this the first year we moved in 2 1/2 years or so ago. Never let me down I have had no issue with pests, frost doesn't bother it, so the perfect plant... Well No. I've decided I don't like it, partly my fault its location is not right but even so it's not in the plans for the garden, just don't like it... (wonder if mum wants s new plant?)
Dig it up and keep the soil round it as much as possible, put some well rotted compost or manure dug into the new hole plant and water and keep watering it each day to help it establish.
