Help me identify this plant, thought it maybe Red Hot Poker but no sign of flowers. Seems to be evergreen as noticed it very early on in the year #plantid

Its a type of grass. Its took me 2/3 years to get ride of the pest
@clare2611 - looks like Carex pendula - get rid of it like the others said, it grows dangly seedheads and spreads everywhere!
It's a beautiful architectural plant but my word it's a right thug, keep it at your peril - you've been warned❣️😜😉
