I need to make one of those - do you great raw potatoes or cook them first?

Hi @sharonhayden at first grate the fresh potatoes. In second time put the butter in your pan. When the butter is liquid put the grated potatoes in the pan for 5 minutes and return the gallet for 5 minutes more at high temperature . Ok this first step of cooking is done. Now put the gallet out of the pan and put butter on more time. Drop the gallet in the pan for 15 minutes each side at middle temperature. Meals is ready, take photo for me and enjoy. 😋 ( so sorry for my bad English)
