@Colinwwilson looks like a crab apple (malus) to me. No idea of the variety.
@chiffchap thanks for that, hadn't noticed it bearing fruit, don't know if that's a possibility though...red leaves and as you see now flowering with a red flower
It could be a flowering cherry but the flowers and leaves don't look right for a cherry. 🤔
