Loving the colours in this. Looks like blood flowing to the leaves 😀 #springtime ........ here’s an update, just arrived home to find four sheep clearing out all the hydrangeas....no flowers this year then 😡👎😱

Do the leaves change to green as the season develops? Very interesting

They are black for most of the season then turn dark green at the back end. It was a new plant last year so I thought soil conditions had changed the leaf colour so was pleased to see the black return. 😀 @stevesmith
