#mother-of-thousands babies are getting big, I may need to transplant them, wondering🤔 how they'd do outside in zone 6? Any advice?😃
@crabby58 I've never had them but my advice is to pot them up so that you can move them inside in the winter.
@crabby58 or give some to friends and family
Thank you 😃 @Dragon_Warrior I may need a lot of pots😅

Documenting my #kalanchoe #motheroathousand 3.14.21 @beatnikcrab
I have Mother of Thousands in various stages from these to a 5” plant. What is their growth, like other succulents or faster?
Looks great! 👌😉 Perfect spacing.
@pooh4jvn It depends on the conditions they're kept in, but I suppose you could say they grow a bit faster than your average succulent. 🤔
It is probably my climate but I find they need more water or I get dry tips.
This is a new experience for me growing these💚 @pooh4jvn 💚I'm learning about them, I love this new plant, thanks again to @beatnikcrab 😍
@pooh4jvn idk what climate you're in, but I'm in Phoenix, AZ. Mine are outdoors in pots, and my mom has them in the ground. They like lots of bright light, and can take full sun. They do like more moisture than the average succulent. They're drought tolerant, but prefer to be treated more like an average plant. My mom has them growing with asparagus ferns, and they're perfect companion plants. I've never seen dry tips, but the old leaves do die off pretty determinedly.
