Just starting to unfurl some leaves, so exciting! 🍎🍎 I researched it being in a pot, but feel a bit nervous about it as its my first time, anyone else have experience of apple grown in pots? @russellcooper @justin @ellenmarygardening advice gladly received

Is it a dwarf variety? If so, they are good in pots 👍🏻
@ellenmarygardening Thank you! I don't think it is, very little info on the tag. I'll give it a whirl this year and see how it gets on.
It might get a bit too pot bound & susceptible to pests/diseases so keep a good eye on it but saying all of that I've not grown this in a pot before so it might be fine!
The secret of success with anything in a pot is never let dry out . Bush variety are fine in pots . Liquid feed now and again . Summer pruning keep it in shape . Sunny shelted spot , you should have some good fruit . Best of luck and keep us updated .
