@crabby58 temp has gone down to 99.1 and less dizzy. My elderly Chinese neighbor brought me some homemade Chinese herbal medicine that has antiviral antibacterial and anti inflammation benefits. She cooked it like a vegetable.

Hmm, did she name it? Those qualities describe a lot of plants...

@crabby58 I have never tried turmeric and honey. I use garlic, raw honey and lemons, I do turmeric alone or turmeric with guyabano(sour sop) powder and drink it like a tea
