A rodent ate this plant last winter. 2 new babies grew on each side of the stem. I don’t know how to guard this plant this coming winter from those monsters. Any advise is welcome lol 💜 #variegated #superbum #graptopetalum-pentandrumsuperbum #succulent

@dadayba is it possible to hang it? Or put together 2 hanging wire baskets to make a sphere and have the plant inside?

@treefrog44 That’s a great idea. I do have enough wire hanging to create a sphere. I was going to wrap the shelf with metal wire sort of like a prison fence.😆 yours is a pretty idea

This guys are also going into dormancy believe it or not, they show off beautiful flowers when they are dormant. Btw this was a rescue plant from HD, soggy leaves, scratches, and torn petals and now you don’t see any signs of struggles. #graptopetalumsuperbum #graptopetalum #superbum #succulents

Cool. I got some Fred Ives at 50 off and they are doing much better. 😊 I think the nurseries water them every day like all the other plants,so they look bad if they don’t sell right away.
