Hey at least it’s still alive and looks healthy. I don’t know much about them. When I bought mine it already had small shoots and it’s taken a while for them to get longer. I’m finding out you need patience with succulents, I’m still new to them. Good luck. 🍀

@philstalder I had mine for almost 2 years. No shoots but it did flower last year
