Such a dramatic color. These would really stand out looming over a bed of Cistus or portulaca...

Thanks @emch this whole section of the garden is supposed to be a bed of poppy’s but slugs and snail ate the seedlings.

@emch me too. 1 plant survived. I’m planting them again this fall but I’m also going to put preventive measures to keep the snails and birds from eating them

@columbiariver this the only one who didn’t get eaten by slugs and snails 🐌 Birds like to nibble on them also. Make sure you protect yours
