Smell it! If it is very heavily scented, it certainly looks a lot like Gertrude... 🤔

David Austin says Princess A smells of “fresh tea, changing to lemon, eventually...blackcurrant” https://www.davidaustinroses.co.uk/princess-alexandra-of-kent-standard-rose whereas Gertrude smells of “Old rose” and is also very early to start flowering. Does that help?
