Welcome to Gtags! This looks like a variety of #sumac to me, but I will let others confirm or deny that! Enjoy your journey with us!

It's a stag horn tree. They are beautiful in autumn with their colours but send runners everywhere in your garden and you'll find them popping up all over the place. Just cut the runner off and either get rid, plant up in a pot and give away to friends and family or just let them grow. They have a velevty texture to the branches too.
