New addition today. I had to leave my last one at the old house, so desperately wanted a replacement.

#foliagefriday

Are you taking many of your plants with you when you move, Dave? Apart from the ones in pots, of course!! 😘

@jacaranda to be honest barbara, the new house has got a fabulous garden already. Im taking 5 of my 7 tree ferns, and all my potted plants, leaving a lot of nice things, but gaining lots of nice things in the move. Probably my biggest loss is my yew cone wich my wife got me. Its to established to move now. 😢😢😢

Love that Dave 💚🤍💚🤍

One way to cheer you up when youve got a foul bad head, a nice brunnera. Should it be flowering now 🤔

@scaryskates i wish gary, were doing that no drinking thing, so it could well be cold turkey.

@scaryskates its easy gary. Dont know what all the fuss is about 😟😟😟🤥

I'm trying to do the same Dave. You would think not drinking would make you feel better not worse !!

@davewrightjoinerygooglemail.co do the slugs and snails love these too?

@lottie they do get something nibbling on them, but not as bad as hostas, their quite coarse to touch lottie, so maybe not quite as tasty 😂

Fab foliage!

I don’t find that the slugs and snails bother with brunnera @Lottie__O

@joanboston I've got a hosta in a basket on the fence with copper tape around it and something has still got in and eaten at it. Googled it and it could be black vine weevil by the chomping marks thats left on the leaves😡

@davewrightjoinerygooglemail.co il have to get one then and give up on my one hosta. Dam garden pests🤬

Doing great since putting in the ground.

@davewrightjoinerygooglemail.co Does it flower? 🌸

@anges yes ange, little blue ones on long stalks in spring. There nice , but more of a foilage plant really.

@davewrightjoinerygooglemail.co I saw Siberian Bugloss and thought 'oh I thought that was a Brunnera' !!! Then re-read it! I have Brunnera Jack Frost which has tiny blue flowers like Forget me Nots.☺💚

@anges their all very similar ange, ive got jack frost, and Alexander Great as well. All really simular.

@davewrightjoinerygooglemail.co I only have the one but would like more! Wishlist!! 😀
