Hmm mm. This flowered last year but nothing this year. Lots of leaf so not dead
Have you tried drenching the roots with tomorite to give it a kick up the backside?

Good luck, failing that maybe the winter wasn't cold enough to give it the signal to begin flower production. Hmm @davieberg
