Could be Yucca filamentosa 'Variegata. #succulent #succulent-variegated #variegated
Not sure. This one has sharp black tips i dont see in the pictures for that one although it looks similar.
@lovestogarden definitely a yucca though I think

agave angustifolia Looks right. I guess its an agave afterall
