So, no spines at all?
Well I dont know for certain this is the correct id but by spines you mean sharp needles? Then it doesn't but it still has very fine sharp hair where you see dots so you still have to be careful handling it.

It grew so fast it couldnt support itself so I propped it against the house.

Noticed I was getting corking on my prickly pear so he got replanted in a better pot and soil and seems to be very happen now. Crazy fast growth. 😀 #newgrowth

Does this look like rot to you guys? Its only in this spot. I brushed it off but it looked like something growing on it like a fungus or something maybe. What should I do I'm so stressed out for my plants😭😣
