I'm growing sweetcorn for the first time this year I have 6 stems and 3 cob (like shapes) on each from what I can see. But when can I tell if they are ready @dbligh

@phiby @charlotte thank you @Diane051285 my first time too but apparantly they get tassels on the end which turn brown when they are ripe also you can pinch test the corn to see how ripe they are think mine have a long way to go yet 👍💕

My 3 corn plants are doing well I can see cobs forming ☺

Love the architectural quality of the sweetcorn plant, I don't know if it will produce any cobs though as I only have 3 plants 🌽🌽🌽
