Iris x hollandica 'King Mauve'

Good morning it's overcast and a bit windy here. I'm having a coffee and watching the starlings which have almost eaten all the bird food I put out last night. They are a right squabbling lot.

They are opened. They are in a pot with allium so looks a bit chaotic underneath.

Thank you Jane. I have some darker Dutch irises somewhere but I haven’t found them yet, hopefully they’ll just wave at me from a pot like these did @pelly

I'd forgotten about these, hence why they are still in their moving house pot.

At first glance thought it was my own image, we seem to have the exact same pot, compost, and grit 😂

My muscari and daffodils have foliage sprouting but that will slow down once the temperatures drop.
