Apologies I've been rather rubbish lately. I forgot that I need to garden to keep my head right. Instead I've stayed indoors getting more and more behind and feeling worse for it. Anyway I have 2 days off work and FINALLY its actually dry and no gale force winds, so I'm off out with my bulb planter. Lesson learned!

You will feel so much better for it. We tend to forget how reliant we are on our garden for our wellbeing. What with bad weather and decorating I was the same until yesterday, when I finally managed to spend quite a bit of time outside and again this morning and I feel so much happier. Enjoy 😍

How right you are, Deborah! Just lately we’ve had some really awful family problems so I shut myself off and tried to cope, but it was only when I got out into the garden that I realised I needed to be outside and not in. The problems haven’t gone away but I feel a little more at ease now. 😍

@jacaranda I think gardening makes you mindful and hopeful and it soothes our brains. I certainally better today for having been outside.
