Papaver orientale 'Beauty of Livermere'

I thought this was a pinky purple poppy to fit in with my colour scheme. I am ok with the little bits of red from the salvia, fuchsia and dianthus but this is too much. I thought I had but obviously need to move it to the back garden after flowering.

I think I'm going to be busy in autumn moving all the red out of the pink border.

That packs a punch! What a vibrant red! ❤️❤️❤️
