I know! Was fuming 😤 they were completely hopeless. After waiting a day and a half as they said they were rectifying the issue. I decided to physically go to the house myself!! @DeborahBanks

Yes thankfully, £30 pounds worth about 12 plants. Reported it to DHL who’ve done nothing, the driver was suppose to be in touch and I’m still waiting. It’s put me off having deliveries. Never had an issue before. @DeborahBanks
